Why do I never feel any self confidence from working out like I used too?

Back then I used to always so be in the mood to workout. Working out made me feel all wonderful, it made me feel so much more self confidence. Working out was very fun to me. But lately all that feeling is gone. I do not enjoy working out, i do not feel any self confidence from working out, and I'm always so bored and depressed. Back then, working out always took all that depression away, but now nothing seems to work, not even working out. What's wrong with me? I already got 20 pounds added on me. I need to do something about this already, but what?
