Im looking for a place online or program where i can add cool effects to photos.?

I want to be able to do like the mirror image on photos, make the background black and white and the person color, or a specific item color and the rest black and white, different things like this! i have used piknic and photoshop but im not able to do this stuff with those. Any suggestions?

hm try picasa or photoscape, or photobucket has an online editor that does all that. just play around with the programs, those are pretty basic things
