  Chilliwack SPCA The BC SPCA is a not-for-profit society organized under the provincial Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (located on the Government of BC website). This act enables the Society to provide services through its Head Office, Branches and Agents. Whether it’s an abandoned litter of kittens, horses without food on their winter range, or a stranded marine mammal — the SPCA is there to help animals in need. With 32 community-supported Branches located throughout British Columbia, our staff and volunteers rescue, treat, shelter and adopt animals where you live.
