Can you buy replacement Sony Wega LCD rear-projector screens?

My son lost his Wii remote in our 50" Sony Wega LCD DLP. We found and removed the remote through the convenient hole. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new screen only?

You may can find one from a nearby repair shop (that is probably the best option) or by buying a used tv on ebay that needs repairs. I had a similar model, and I am surprised that you would want to repair it. This product line has bad problems with "road mapping" and "blue clouds" that makes your tv inoperable. It usually shows up after 3-6 years of use. Use this as an excuse to get a new tv, and give your son this tv, tell him it is for his room!
