Questions about PS3 and Netflix?

"Unable to connect to Netflix" on my PS3?

• Okay, so here is the story. I had a active netflix account on my PS3 a few months back and I stopped using it cause I lost my job. Well I got a new job and now I want netflix back. So I went on my PS3 and tried to go on netflix to sign up for it. It told me I had to sign up for PS Network first. So I signed up for PS Network and clicked on the Netflix icon again. This time it said I require an update for netflix. So I hit okay and I'm pretty sure it updated. I just waited a minute and it went back to normal. So I hit the Netflix icon again and this message window popped up and it says "Unable to connect to Netflix. Please try again or visit 'netflix.com/tvhelp'" or something like that. And there's a big button on the window that says try again. Trying it again just leads to the same window over and over again. So I got on my computer and tried creating an account on my computer first. So I now have 1 month free of Netflix on my computer, but I can't seem to watch it on my tv (via my PS3). And whenever I tried to visit the site "netflix.com/tvhelp" or w/e it was, it just redirected me to the main page! So I've been all over the internet looking for an answer and NOTHING... I'm so frustrated. :( I just feel like I've tried everything to get Netflix onto my bloody tv! And it's just not working. Does ANYONE have any idea how I can fix this problem? Please? I'm so fed up with netflix right now. :(

  Try to reinitialize your PS3 find the set up menu and hit default, then unplug the unit completely wait 1 to 2 minutes then re-plug the unit back in and reset to default again...if you are still unable to connect to netflix call netflix technical unit and see if they will help you connect....
