Why does my dish dvr delete by itself?

I am having Comcast DVR issues...?

My Comcast DVR will delete programs from the schedule...for example I ALWAYS have Big Bang Theory, Hawaii 5-0, America's Next Top Model (for the wife, I swear) and Blue Bloods recording..ALWAYS...never did a DVR reset or anything..and these shows disappeared from my scheduled DVR listings...and I didn't know for weeks...any idea why this is happening or what could cause this? And before you suggest it...I can't get DirectTV, Dish, or Verizon FiOS...please help me with this!!

Usually you can get a new DVR if it is acting up. Only thing i can think of is having them do is a send a single to rest the DVR.

Either contact your service provider or just watch the show within a week my dvr deletes after two weeks
