What computer Monitor should I get?

If I'm tryin to connect my computer to my TV instead of the monitor what do i do to get the volume out of tv??

  • ok so basically i'm more or less totally confused and lost bout this whole thin but umm yeah i'm tryin to connect my computer to my tv instead of the regular monitor so i can watch movies better and still use it for regular work and games etc.. so anyways here's the problems i don't want the resolution to be terrible, how do i get the volume comin out of the Tv's speakers?? I've a regular flat screen 32" from 2000.. i haven't bought any video cards or anything yet but what should i buy and how do i connect it?? thanx for reading the whole thing and takin the time to answer it..

    your TV requires three inputs, video signal, left audio and right audio. get a video card with tv out. (s-video or composite). the video card will supply the video. if your system has sound card or mother board has sound ports, connect a y-split sound cable to the speaker output and this will be your left and right audio. hope this helps
