How to tell if my cpu processor is 32 or 64-bit?

I just built my first computer with this processor - Intel Core i7-960 (BX80601960). The only problem is I have a 32-bit and a 64-bit windows disc. Im just not sure which one to use. So im wondering basically, how can I tell what a cpu is future reference, like looking at the web page maybe. Thanks

any processor bought within the last 10 years or so is 64bit be dumb to still make them 32bit only considering software comes in 32 and 64bit And besides you could have easily looked it up on Intel's website That would have been the smartest (and most common sense) thing to do Using your brain can make life so much easier
