Black screen and mouse cursor after vista login windows vista 32 bit please help 10 pts best answer?

This problem started when I uninstalled AVG Anti-Virus. Once I did, it asked to to restart the computer and so I did. Once i went into my login page I typed my password and there were 2 pop ups DWM.exe "This application failed to intilialize Click OK to terminate (0cx0000022) Explorer.exe "This application failed to intilialize Click OK to terminate (0cx0000022) After i clicked OK, a black screen popped up with my mouse cursor. Again, 2 pop ups showed Desktop Windows Manager "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" Windows Explorer "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" After i clicked OK, it just showed the black screen and my mouse cursor. I restarted my computer plenty of times but same thing I am using 32bit Windows Vista My Computer is HP Pavillion a1720n Please HELP 27 minutes ago - 4 days
