How do I switch my printer to print in black and white?

How to cancel print jobs in HP printer,in windows xp system?

  • when printing no of pages, if i want to cancel the print job, it shows deleting in the Printer Status bar but the printer power switch is flashing that it does not end.I am using hp3900 series desktop printers and having windows xp.Solution such as stopping spool services does not work.Solution please.

    Your computer has sent the file to the printer memory already you have to turn off the printer.

Double click the printer icon in the system tray (by the clock). That should open a printing status window. Highlight the job you want to cancel and click on cancel. it will show "deleting". Once the job is deleted, the printer may continue to print what is in its internal memory, but once that is gone, the printer will stop and eject the page.
