What are the best PC monitor brands?

What monitor should I get? ?

  • I am willing to spend 500 dollars at the most for a monitor. I will be using this monitor for xbox 360 and the pc. Watching tv isn't that big of a deal but would be nice if I could have it. I have been looking at these monitor brands: 1) Samsung 2) Asus 3) HP 1.Xbox 360 (HDMI or DVI) 2.Built in Speakers (not a must) 3.22"-26" 4.LCD 5.PC (VGA) 6.Watch TV (not a must) Would you suggest I just go and buy a LCD TV instead or go with a monitor?

If you want to play games another thing to look at is the response time of the display, which is measured in milliseconds. example: 8ms or 3ms, etc. The lower the better, especially important for gaming.
