My PS3 short circuited with my power chord and now my PS3 clock is always messed up and i cant sign in?

I have a 80GB PS3 with 4 usb ports and i had it for 3 to four years. can anybody help me and tell me wats wrong?

Answer:
open your ps3 then look for the batteries most batteries are those flat batteries which you could buy in stores then replace it It should have been burned by the short circuit
