What are really good camcorders?

What are good 1080/60p camcorders in my budget?

  • I may seem picky, but here are the things I see in a good camcorder: 1. Shoots in the AVCHD format 2. 1080p resolution 3. Shoots at 60 frames per second in 1080p 4. Good Aperture (better than other camcorders) 5. Does GOOD in low light 6. Built-In Memory 7. A Good Sensor (better than other camcorders) 8. A nice mich in the right place that picks up the right amount of sound 9. A good design It doesn't have to meet ALL the qualities, but, once again, that's what I see in a good camcorder. I won't go over the high 300's, because I'm not willing to cough up too much for a camcorder. I'm upgrading from a Sony Bloggie Touch. Thanks!

I bought DXG USA DXG-5B1V HD DXG Sportster 1080p HD Underwater Camcorder as a gift for my wife in hopes that it was a great little camcorder for the price. It's supposed to be full 1080P camcorder with underwater capabilities. My wife opened up the camcorder and we instantly charged the battery to see how well it works. After the battery was charged I put it in the camera and wanted to see what we got for the price.
