Is the FLIP camcorder worth buying?? [HELP]?

ive been doing research and the FLIP camcorder seems great for me, it seems perfect, i am close to buying it. i just wanna ask is it good? is it worth me getting? and a secondary question is, should i get the Ultra HD or the Mino HD

I personally hate the FLIP. My brother received one for his birthday once. The quality of the video sucks, and the audio that is recorded sucks even more.
