Is the Flip Ultra Worth It?

I'm looking for a new camcorder, and I'm wondering if the Flip Ultra HD is worth its $200 selling price? Also, since this is the 3rd generation Flip, is there any products available to flim with it underwater? Please help!

My local branch of Tesco is selling Flip Ultra HD 2nd Generation 4gb camcorders for £50. Are they worth it at that price, or have they totally been surpassed by the latest versions?

ive been doing research and the FLIP camcorder seems great for me, it seems perfect, i am close to buying it. i just wanna ask is it good? is it worth me getting? and a secondary question is, should i get the Ultra HD or the Mino HD
