Where can I buy a multi system Sony digital camcorder?

My PC is NTSC and my TV is multi system. So I need to buy a camcorder that is compatible with both. I have searched and searched but cannot find a store that sells multi camcorder. Does anyone know of an online store?

there is no such thing as multi-camcorder, north america produces NTSC camcorders, and Europe- PAL, but if you have multi-system TV, you can surely buy NTSC camcorder then
