I cant upgrade my flash player to ver8 and the winks on my msn messenger wont work , help?

honey if you are on windows 95 or 98 you wont be able to upgrade flash to anything higher than 7.0 and its supposed to be 10.0 at this date. and the messenger is the same way ..... im on windows 95 i know :o)
