What will the monthly price of the 3G PS Vita going to be?

All i've ever heard were assumptions and shtuff and the PS Vita is coming out in less than a week!!! I want to get the 3G version but I will not if it is too expensive. Alllsssoooo, what kind of apps will the PS Vita have? More specifically, will it have a texting app, because that would take the place of my pay as you go phone. Thanks! And if you have any other information on the PS Vita that you think would be helpful to me, then please feel free to leme know :D Thnx
