What do you lose when you restore an iPhone?

Will I lose all my high scores if I restore my iPhone?

I am selling my iPhone and getting a new one, so will need to restore it (I think?) to get rid of all my information and apps before I send it off to the buyer. Will I lose all my top scores etc when I do that or will I be able continue my games where I left off from my old phone? Any help would be appreciated as I am very confused! Thanks

First make sure to back it up in iTunes, that's important. Then you can restore it, and after restoring it, just but your backup back up xD Read this. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
