How do i put videos onto my mp4?

• i got an mp4 player for christmas, and i cant put videos onto it. i use windows media player to put songs onto it, and it works, but when i put the video's on it, it says that they have been sucessfully transfered, but when i go onto the mp4, they dont come up. why is this?(it is made by camnex)
