How do i put videos on my mp4 player?

  • hi i recently got a mp4 player of ebay from hong kong, ive managed to put on songs and pictures but whenever i try and put on videos it syncinoses then when i check mp4 player it aint there? can someone please help me? the disc that came with it arrives broke, is there something from it i need?

    I bought that same type of mp4 player on ebay from hong kong. To put a vedio on it, you need to convert the vedio file to an mp4. The disc that came with it had a program to convert vedio files to mp4 file. Since the disc broke , search for a free vedio (mp4) convertor on the internet so that you can covert your vedio files into mp4 format and then transfer them to the ipod. This worked for me, hope it works for you too! Good Luck!

How does it connect with your PC? through a USB cable? When you connect it to your PC, it should be detected by your PC as a local USB drive. If not, try downloading from the net the drivers, that should come with it. If it detects the player as a USB drive, just drag and drop the video files that you want to view on your mp4 player.
