What is the best bass amp settings for harmonics?

I have a Pevey 158 amp with a 1 gain knob 1 low 1 medium and 1 high knob also a modern-vintage voicing switch.

Do you mean pulling out the natural and artificial harmonics from the strings on the guitar, or just a harmonically rich signal (ie: distorted). I'm thinking that you just mean distorted. Start with the tone controls (low, mid, high) in the middle. Turning up the gain until you get the distortion you want. Then, adjust the tone controls to taste. Same with the voicing switch, pick what you like. You didn't say what kind of guitar you were going to use with this, or what style music you're going to play.
