What is the best SIRIUS satellite radio?

Which satellite radio service is best, Sirius or XM radio?

    I believe that XM Radio is more reliable than the Sirius judging from the number of customers that come back to return their Sirius and switch to the XM Radio. The main complaint I hear from customers is that they have trouble installing the Sirius or that the system actually doesn't work (is defective to begin with). Both services have a lot of channels to pick from, but at my store there are only 2 Sirius systems to pick from, compared to 5 XM Radio systems.
