hard to say. They are both jusr about equal. I guess it comes down to preferred brand. I'm a Sony man myself, so I would choose that one. But 720p maybe good, but it's not great. Sony makes a 32" 1080p TV that works great w/ Blu-ray. (KDL-32XBR6) I would go ahead & spend the extra cash & get a TV w/ the highest resolution that you can get.
