Have a problem with a 2000 dodge neon help plz?

i have a 2000 dodge neon need help plz i have had this car for about a yea got bout 97 mi on it its a good car my car wont start at all when i turn the key i can just hear my fuse box click like when my car is like in a wrong gear and tryin to start but for som reason my tail light wont go off when i hit my brakes they dont flash they jus sstay on like something wroong idk is the some kinda sensor that dose that when it gose out my tail light jus stay on all the time like my light are on but there not i have to unplug the batt to keep it from dien ?????

you probably need a new stop light switch. located by the brake pedal? it might just need adjustment.

check the starter relay or the neutral safety switch on it either one of those will cause it not to start off the ignition switch,good luck
