I have an 03 Chrysler 300M that has a CD player problem. The lights blink but it does not play. Can you help?

CD player worked fine until the body control module was changed. It is a 6 disc changer installed under the radio, which still works. I have read where others have experienced this problem after a computer change, but cannot find any info on remedy. I cannot believe it is a bad CD player since it worked fine before the BCM change.

Answer:
If the system is all OEM, see the dealer, usually a 5 min. fix.

I'd try removing the two fuses for the stereo system for a few mins that will allow it to reset but it might require special procedures or codes if it's a factory unit. Hope that helps and best of luck.
