What are the best foods to eat for the health of your teeth?

I had kidney stone surgery on July 1st every since then my teeth have been killing me -all of them- especially from pressure. I cant eat anything but soft foods. What do I haveIs it a health problem?

  Kidney Stone removal should not cause complication with oral health. However, during the removal of your Kidney Stones you were put in a position called the prone position. The Anesthesiologist should of turned you in intervals but did not. Take 2 Tylenol every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. It is also a good idea to apply a warm compress to your jaw to alleviate the pain. Another opinion: Perhaps you were intubated and the instrument damaged your teeth. Or the timing of your dental pain and the surgery could just be incidental and the two events may be unrelated. In any case, you should see a dentist for an exam and diagnosis of your complaint.
