CAN I RIDE AN INNER TUBE DOWN THE LA RIVER!?

on a hot summer day, me and my homies wanna buy cheap inner tubes at walmart, take the transit up to downtown la, go to the river, and inflate the iner tubes with our mouths, and float back to the LBC. it sound like fun huh. i dont care if the water is dirty. is there any problems with it that me and the homies didnt think of?

DUH! Not enough water in the "river" to float you downstream! Maybe you can take a picture of your dumb selves, just for a laugh. Put it on a postcard and sell it: "Floating down the River"!
