Channel 51 KNWS in Houston,TX (Channel 2 where I am). What kind of channel are they?

They show nothing but infomercials all day then for few hours they show reruns of the Cosby , A Different World & a few other sitcoms then back to infomercials. Why don't they just re name it a hope mshopping channel & they don't even have a news team or broadcast like KPRC, , KTXH, KHOU (CBS) or KTRK (ABC) or FOX (ch 326-HD). Who watches this channel & how does it stay on the air? How can they call themselves a "local network" when they are a disgrace?I guess there are more stay-at home mom's in Houston than I realized. Do you really ever watch an infomercial? I always change the channel because it's always something I can't afford. Their signal is also awful & many times the screen will go black during a program & they can't do anything other than show that damn fountain. Sorry but I grew up here & I have seen that fountain by the Galleria & it's no big deal. It's like they're saying "We're a bunch of idiots & use cheap editing & recording equipment so let's just show them this picture with our lovely TV 51 logo" Give me a break. I know "Don't watch that channel!" I realize I put this under Travel but I never get any responses when I put similar questions under "local businesses". Thanks.

They are not an actual channel. They dont even have a digital signal.You can only watch it on cable
