Anyone know the name of a song that was played in Algarve Portugal in the Summer of 1999?

Anyone know the name of a song that was played in Algarve Portugal in the Summer of 1999? The song I am looking for was played in the bar of the Clube Praia Da Rocha hotel frequently while I visted in the summer of 1999. This is a wild stab in the dark here but some of the lyrics went along the lines of.... "Na na na, na na na na, na na na, na na na na" then something like "talk about" It is none of the popular songs that I can find from youtube etc containing these lyrics. Ill be shocked if anyone can answer this but its worth a try lol
