Has anyone ever been to Mexico, and stayed at Rui la Caribe hotel?

Cuban wedding? Hotel choice? Cayo coco or Cayo largo or somewhere else?

• Hello! I am trying to find the best hotel (all inclusive) for our wedding. We are hoping for Nov. 2012 and are trying to figure out our budget to save up. So - has anyone been married in Cayo Largo, Cayo coco, or anywhere else in Cuba that they would recommend? I don't want something super fancy or cheesy (really don't care for the just married t-shirts and such), just a nice simple ceremony with great food afterward. Ideally, I'd like to be married on a beech, with some nice cuban music, and I don't really care to pay extra for a fancy supper afterwards... a la carte places are fine by me if the food is good! I'm just going to be happy to be in Cuba with my family! We are hoping for something under $900 CAN (the lower the better really). I'm leaning towards Gran Caribe Playa Blanca or Melia Cayo Coco or Iberostar Daiquiri. Any preferences? The Gran is the cheapest (~$400 CAN) and the resort has good reviews, but I suppose I am unsure if cheap means not good! I've stayed at an Iberostar before in Dominican republic and the food was excellent! Is it the same here? And also - I am wondering if any one of these places might not be running at full capacity in November? Thanks for your help in advance!

  Here are two resorts which might interest you, first is Paradisus Rio de Oro Guardalavaca. You fly into Holguin then it's about 90 minutes by bus to the resort. I attended a wedding there about 4 years ago and it was just fantastic.
