Answer:
You should go to Toronto. You can stay in the big city. Lots of things for a 2 year old to do. You can go to Paramount Canada's Wonderland which has LOTS of rides and coasters. You can go to the Toronto Zoo, Ontario Place, The CN Tower, etc. You could then go to Niagara Falls which is an hour away from T.O. They have Marineland there and lots of great fun things for kids to do. They also have a hotel there that has a water park you can stay at ...overlooking the falls. There are great casinos and night life if you can get a babysitter. Good luck have fun wherever you go in Canada!!

There is no better place to go than Vancouver, B.C. In August, the climate is superb. We don't have high humidity here -- just pleasant days in the 72-74 degree range. During August, the PNE is on (that's the Pacific National Exhibition) with rides, exhibits, horse races, car races and you name it. The Children's Festival is also on, and Science World -- a hands on science museum -- is open. Vancouver is stuffed full of parks, and as it is on the ocean, you can rent a boat, paddle a canoe, a kayak, or just enjoy the beach. There are no sharks or crocodiles here, so there is nothing to worry about at the beach -- your only problem is trying to decide which one to go to, as there are literally miles of beaches. Stanley Park is right in the center of the city, with a lovely little railway for children, and you can usually get pony rides too. If you're into sports, have we got a deal for you! Baseball, soccer, football, skiing, skating, swimming, cycling, roller blading -- and tons more. Right in the downtown area, we have Granville Island, which is a funky little spot full of interesting shops, unique eateries, street entertainment, little tug boats that take you around the False Creek area, including up to the Maritime Museum, and a special kids store that caters to clients under three feet tall. Vancouver is on the English speaking side of Canada, so you don't have to worry about languages. One of the things you must do is take the ferry boat ride (it's about an hour and a half) from Vancouver to Victoria, on Vancouver Island. Victoria is our provincial capital, and is right on the main harbour on Vancouver Island. It's quite quaint -- almost like a visit to Britain, with tea rooms and crumpets, and lots of street entertainers. I hope you choose Vancouver, because I know you'll have a wonderful holiday. This is an easy one. I'll tell u where not to go-Montreal. A walk down main street Montreal will be strip bar, gay bar, panhandling homeless person, strip bar, strip bar, hooker, dance bar, crazy homeless person, strip bar, hotel, McDonald's. I have to ask rhetorically tho; if ur looking for family fun and English speaking ppl, y r u leaving? It sounds pretty whitebread where u r.
First make sure you get all your vaccinations before you go. canada is a dirty place with trash and rats all over the place. also the canadians are not friendly to the americans because we are better than them. so you should grow your hair into a mullet and bring many flannel shirts. and do not shower for three weeks before you go so you smell like them.
