    1. Go to Control Panel 2. Click on 'Clock, Language, and Region' 3. Click on 'Regional and Language Options' 4. Go to the tab: 'Keyboards and Languages' 5. Click 'Change keyboards' 6. Click 'Add...' 7. Scroll down to 'Chinese (Simplified, PRC)' and click on the square 8. Click on the square next to 'Keyboard' 9. Check the first two boxes: 'Chinese (Simplified) - Microsoft Pinyin IME' and 'Chinese (Simplified) - US Keyboard' 10. Click OK, and that window will close. Do the same for the other two windows. 11. A new section should appear on your taskbar, which allows you to switch between typing in English and typing in Chinese. (You can do so be clicking on the CH icon)

you need to install the program if you don't have it, i guess you can try to translate english into chinese on google translator, and then copy + paste but that would take a very long time
