What are the popular Japanese channels in Japan?

Are the channels Fuji TV, TV Tokyo, TBS, NTV,Yomiuri TV and WOWOW also being brodcast in Fukuoka, Japan?

I mean the major tv network not the affiliated...where they show all programs both variety and ANIME...we are planning a vacation with relatives over fukuoka...for about two months...I wanna watch fairy tail (TV TOKYO),naruto shippuden (TV TOKYO),Bleach (TV TOKYO) , one piece (Fuji TV) and Beelzebub along with detective conan (Yomiuri TV)...and I don't know if the major broadcasting company is also being aired in fukuoka....i just hope that fuji tv,tv tokyo, TBS, NTV, Yomiuri TV and WOWOW are local channels and not cable....they don't have cable...and I don't have to go to tokyo just to watch these programs....I am excited and confused at the same time...

WOWOW is not a terrestrial channel. As for the other questions, the local affiliates of the stations you mention may or may not broadcast these programmes.

There are associated channels in Fukuoka though the same programs are not sure to be aired. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Television_in_Japan WOWOW can be watched only by cable TV.
