My back is crooked. what are exercises good?

What are some good exercises for hamstrings that are easy on the back?

  • I have a herniated disc in my lower back and am cleared to do some gym weight lifting exercises. The leg curls i think its called, the one where you lie on your stomach and extend and curl your legs back and forth. That one hurts my back. What are some good exercises for hamstrings?
