How to train for cheerleading?

How to train to hit my extension? (Partner Stunting- Cheerleading)?

  • I went to a stunt clinic, first time ever stunting, and I got a chair sit and toss to hands in one day. They have their next clinic in one month. How can I train to be able to hit it. I don't think I am strong enough to hit it.

    well, lift weights. say the flyer is about, 120 pounds, and theres normally, 3 people lifting, right? so, each person would be lifting about 40 pounds, start working out and lifting 15 pounds, and work your way up to say 40 (or however much you would have to lift depending on the flyers weight.) just try that, i cant really help with lifting unless im there, soo, yeah! good luck! :)
