Tone calves?

is there a workout i can do to tone my calves...im not a fat person...but i thnk my calves are kind of fat. when i do work out i mostly run

Since your a runner, the best for you would be to simply run hills. Not simply a moderate incline but id say anything above 45 degress. What i found works well is to incorporate a tough hill into the middle of my run and make that into a wind sprint so you stay on your toes. If you want to gain muscle, simply grab a weight in each hand or throw up a squat bar and start out flat footed then just being up your heel until your on your toes, hold for a second or two.
