What the best workout plan?

  • i have been working out at my house for awhile during baseball but now i joined the gym which gave me more access to weights that i didn't have and more muscles that i can workout. so what i am asking is what muscles to workout on a day to day bases since i learning more that its bad to workout the same muscle everyday .
