I think you trying to say what is the fastest sprint...that would be the 50 Freestyle Cesar Cielo of Brazil with a time of 20.91 Cesar Cielo of Brazil with time of 46.91 Micheal swims the 50 Free but not in the big meets that people see Hope that helped:)

Q 1. ...Mind rephrasing it...? Q 2. Caesar Cielo Filho holds the world record, but the fastest US swimmer is Nathan Adrian. Q 3. I'm pretty sure Nathan Adrian is the fastest US swimmer for 100 freestyle as well. Q 4. Phelps doesn't have the raw speed that other swimmers do.
