Industrial Injuries medical-what should I expect?

Which players are we going to find out played through undisclosed injuries through the playoffs?

  • NHL teams do their best to prevent the media from knowing about the exact injuries of players for the obvious reasons. Now that we are approaching the end of the playoffs, which players will we find out were playing with injuries? My selection is Malkin. He was on a tear prior to his breakaway goal against the Flyers. People tend to forget that the reason he was late coming back to help out is that he was blasted mightily by Mike Richards. I could obviously be wrong but I expect to hear that he fractured a rib or had some other injury following that hit. Including that goal, he has had 2 points since the hit.

    Malkin, Franzen, Holmstrom. Also Crosby may have tweaked that ankle again.

lol. malkin. okay you know what bothers me about this kid...is that although he may not speak perfect english, he can speak some english and can understand it when it's spoken. i think he should pull a pavel and speak enlgish even if he's slow in understanding spoken english. malkin was outed by talbot when maxine said evgeni speaks good enough english to get by but would rather not use it...so what he's too scared to practise. anyways and so apparently i know i shouldn't listen to rumours but he's told his russian friends (who have large mouths), that he doesn't want to resign long term with the pens/that if he does he wants tonnes of money (understandable, cap and all)...and his agent is trying to do some wicked damage control saying that the kid really would like to stay on this team and supposedly play in the shadow of crosby for years to come. malkin's already played in the shadow of ovechkin for years prior. if he thinks he's such a great i can do it all myself player who can act really undisciplined then goodluck to him and his career and he can leave the pens for all i care. that was a great hit by richards. well if the say the kid it'll probably just be his ankle again...but he's going to have that injury bothering him throughout years to come either way. lol bill. i heard jsmith was playing through injury...but i didn't pay that much attention because he was a horse for his team. a real leader!!!

Malkin.... i heard he has a broken rib but i dont know if its true I doubt he would be playing if it was he was looking better during overtime though
