Looking for gym exercises to help my disc golf game.?

I would like to get a good gym routine going to strengthen my drives. that was a good video but from the portions I saw, he didn't explain much of the most important part: his footwork and follow-through. It looked like he was gonna throw bent-elbow at first, but he didn't. Putting extra strength in the shoulders will help your snap, but you'll only be adding white muscle. Better to have a higher proportion of fast red muscle, like sprinters... which means pliometrics, or better yet, the driving range. Repetition will get the motion down so that your shoulder delivers plenty of explosive power. Beyond that, increase your flexibility as much as you can, particularly in your joints and back. For a good powerful drive the rotation starts in your feet. It's rooted in your plant foot and travels to the arm, so the power will come from your overall form and footwork as well. If you need the core strength, work on deltoids, lats, upper back, and the major leg groups, quads, hams, calves. Flexibility in legs, entire back, arms. try to work in a bit of scissor-leg to add some extra power to your shot, once the mechanics are solid. Most ball golfers regularly hit the driving range. Most disc golfers don't. Find a field with no baseball or soccer on it and throw about 50 shots every couple days or so, whatever feels comfortable, and your discs will start to zing.
