What do i do to get a sponsor for an Airsoft team?

Who can help my team and I destroy our changing room and also rebuild it or sponsor us so we can get money?

• Im a freshmen in Salem International University and I wanted to know what my team and I have to do to get help so we can destroy our changing room and also rebuild it because it has black mold and is not safe to go in. Our soccer field is 2 miles away from the campus because our school is small and doesn't have a lot of money. We need our changing room because we change at school in the athletic room and then the visiting schools need to take showers. Also we want to have a place to change and be able to talk before the game and get pumped up. Lastly, we want to experience how it feels to go out of the changing rooms and see our school and fans cheer for us. So what can we do to get money or get help from someone so we can destroy and rebuild or changing rooms
