How do you file a complaint to Disneyland?

Can you file a BBB complaint?

• against someone that used their company vehicle improperly? My wife was forced into oncoming traffic several times by a Hewitt Packard vehicle, the police are involved (they want to press charges, there were witnesses for we were in a head on collision almost) but we were advised to also file a complaint through the company also which we got nowhere. Seriously, we were blown off, twice. So tomorrow, my wife is going down to the company and is going to attempt to talk to someone in person and we are mailing them a certified letter of our complaint. If none of this works, are we able to file a BBB complaint against them for not having good customer service AND letting someone use their company vehicle to almost kill a family?

  Probably not, because you haven't dealt any actual business with the company. Filing a report to the BBB is only for a bad business transaction or experience. In this case, it's just a guy driving a company vehicle and harassing others. He is not doing it on behalf of HP. You can file a report with the BBB, but I doubt it'll make any difference. For now, stick to the criminal charges.
