New job and how to quit?

How do i tell new employers that i quit my last job because i didn't get along with my supervisor?

  • So at my last job i didnt get along with my supervisor and some of my coworkers. i quit because that place was basically like going back to high school. DRAMA and since i was the new girl alot og my coworkers including the supervisor didnt like me. i got so tired of it so i quit. now that im looking for a new job alot of the employers ask why i quit there. how do i tell them the truth withou it sounding bad?

  • Answer:

You don't say anything negative about the old employer. You simply say "it wasn't the right place for me". The employer will then say something like "why will this be better"? - so you need a good answer.

"It was a highly unproductive workplace. I need to change to a focused environment where my contributions are more appreciated." Or something like that. :)
