How do I get new audibles?

I had messenger set up for me. I had two contacts to begin with and they both are able to receive audibles from me. I added a new contact and I cannot get audibles to apply. Toolbar is not lit up. I tried help but it did not work for this one new contact...

Under Audibles, I don't seem to have the "Holiday" option. How do I get it?

i wanna get vietnam's audibles, it's not on the audibles list on my messenger now but i saw it on my uncle's computer and when i asked him how to get it he just answer i have been there automaticly.

I downloaded and updated to the latest FLASH player. I have exited Messenger and even restarted my computer. But every time I choose audibles I get the message to update to the latest version of FLASH player. Audibles are enabled in preferences.

When I click once , I can hear my Audibles talk . BUT when I click them the second time to send them, or even when someone sends me any Audibles , I can't hear them talk
