I am wondering when my toenail will grow back.?
-
I had an ingrown toenail. I had the toenail removed on Christmas eve. It still is not showing any signs of growing back. There is also a big bump where the nail should be growing in. it makes me worried that it will block the nail from growing. The bump is hard like a rock, and looks kind of like cartilage of some kind. it is kind of clear. this has been there since the first week after I got it removed. Is my nail ever going to grow back, and how? with this bump in the way it does not seem possible.

I think that is your nail. Normally nails that are removed doesn't grow back the way it was.
