My legs itch, and now red after workout why?? ?

when I exercise I feel so Nasty working out. I feel like something nasty is rubbing up against my skin. also my legs and ankles itch like crazy. I haven't worked out in about a year besides sex. my legs are so red once I finish workin out and since their itching makes me want to stop working out. I'm 5'6 and weigh 238 so I NEED to lose weigh. but it itches when I work out once again my legs and stockman area are all red . please help what should i do . I want to work out but the itchin and feeling so nasty Is bothering me

You need to talk to your doctor about this. It could be anything. It often happens to me when I'm standing for a while or after a walk. For me, it's because I have circulatory issues in my legs. I also have some weight to lose and that puts pressure on your legs. We are not medically trained and neither is the internet.
