Is it bad to exercise with diarrhea?

Horrible bouts of constipation/diarrhea?

  • I've had this problem for as long as I can remember, but I'm getting so fed up with it. It's really starting to take a toll on my life. I constantly feel constipated, to the point that I can't have any normal bowel movements. I don't understand because I eat healthy and I exercise, but it doesn't seem to help. I've tried eating more fiber, and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference. And I've tried a sort of bowel cleanse (similar to taking laxatives but not as strong). After a while, I get so constipated that I eventually get really bad diarrhea that becomes almost uncontrollable. When I try to go, its really hard, but when I'm not it seems to want to come out automatically. It's a really embarrassing problem and I hate it. I've been to the doctor and she told me to start eating more fiber (which I did). She said if I didn't see any improvements to come back and they'd have to look into giving me colonoscopy and possibly surgery. I'm afraid to go to that length. Does anyone have any advice or any idea what's causing this and how to treat it?

  • Answer:

You have a severe infection. Please take Metrogyl tab. twice a day for 7 days. Further, take daily Entobex tab every day before going to bed for 10 days. You will be cured soon. If you have constipation use Naturolax which is safe. Two spoonfuls of powder in a full glass of water twice a day.
