Is it possible to get mono twice?

Is it possible to get Mono from a dry kiss when you were 17?

• I had my first kiss when I was seventeen, and it was with my costar in this play I was in. He kissed me after the performance, and after the kiss, I asked if he had any STDs, and he answered truthfully, saying that he didn't have any (he was very honest with me, one of my better relationships). We dated for like.....almost a year, before the kiss. Anyway, the kiss was a dry kiss (we both wore lipstick for the performance), there was NO tongue involved, I only puckered my lips (like I'd do if I kissed someone's cheek), as he kissed me. It lasted like......five minutes, maybe two or three. Is it possible to get Mono from a dry kiss, if there's no tongue involved, only puckered lips, with lipstick said lips? That was two years ago, and I'm nineteen now. I tend to wear myself out with all the acting I do, and I stay up late writing, but then I didn't feel tired or anything like those symptoms, and I know that sometimes Mono doesn't have symptoms. But I was just curious if it was possible to get Mono from a puckered, no tongue, lipstick dry kiss?

  It doesn't sound like it, but the fact of the matter is that you are now 19...if you contracted mono, it would have been immediate...when you were 17. It wouldn't come two years later.
