How can I stop my allergies in the spring?

Allergy help! spring sucks!?

since its spring my allergies are coming back. I cant even breath threw my nose can somebody please give me advice on how to stop these allergies. Even in class today one of my teacher told me to take the tissue box to my desk cus i was getting up to much

The best advise I can offer is stay inside when possible and don't dry clothes on a clothes line because it traps pollen. I have been just like you are describing for like a week now. I have tried claratin and Zyrtec even Benadryl isnt doing anything for me! Spring does suck.... I totally agree. I hope you feel better! I feel like maybe if I stick a benadryl up each nostril maybe I can get some relief...but it will prolly just burn or get stuck! At this point id try anything!
